After a host of new acquisitions and expansions, Nexstar needed a fresh, cohesive brand narrative and complementary marketing strategy to establish its place in the digital advertising space.

INTEG: has been engaged to provide marketing leadership for this effort, developing a master strategic plan which includes brand architecture, content strategy and thought leadership, sales strategy and materials, and industry promotion.

We began with a deep dive into Nexstar’s new acquisitions and existing internal entities, analyzing product, staff, operations, and financials; then conducted a brand study and competitive analysis to ascertain how to position the digital arm. With total mastery of internal and external environments INTEG went to work building new strategic plans and executing creative deliverables.

INTEG’s: core strategy and complementary marketing materials are currently being disseminated to thousands of employees across Nexstar’s internal ecosystem. Thought leadership content is being created and published to industry trades and internal newsletters. Releases and press interviews with executive staff have begun.
